Classic Nantucket Everywhere you go on Nantucket, you'll find white fences and Hydrangeas of all colors.
The Hub This is the Hub. This photo was taken the first day that it reopened in July 2001 after the 'soot' incident. They didn't even get the sign up. The hub was sorely missed by everyone on the island. It's back!!!
The Jared Coffin House This is a photo of the Jared Coffin House at night.
Oak Street This is Oak Street at night were the shop 'Olde Nantucket Candle' was previously located. This a great shop that has lots of interesting items. It has since moved to Centre Street.
South Water Street Lots of shops and restaurants on this street. Also lots of cars when the ferry arrives.
Harbor Views Just a picture overlooking the Cottages from the Steamship Ferry.
Center Street This is Center Street looking towards the Jared Coffin House.
Broad Street This is the view from the ferry as you arrive on Nantucket.
From the Tavern This an early evening shot from the outdoor cafe at The Tavern restaurant. Notice the cobblestone streets. They are nice to look at until you have to start driving on them.
Communications These towers are huge and a real indication that you are far out at sea.
