The 2015 Nantucket Boston Pops Concert had a lot of people extremely nervous in the days leading up to Nantucket's biggest yearly event. Forecasts were nothing but rain and wind which would have left disappointment everywhere since there is no rain date. Either the event goes off as planned or it doesn't go off at all. In typical Nantucket fashion, the weather didn't cooperate with the forecasts. The day turned into a beautiful beach day and winds weren't as high as forecast. It certainly was cooler than a typical August night but there wasn't any complaining. The Australian Bee Gees were the featured guest performers. Below are photos from the event.
