Friday Afternoon/Evening Photos
The 2009 Nantucket Christmas Stroll, from a weather perspective, was one of the worst in recent memory. This beautiful Friday evening sunset photo was not a sign of things to come. Another Nor' easter barreled across Nantucket delivering nothing but a wind driven rain. About the only good part of Saturday was the sales. Probably the best stroll sales in years. |

Saturday
Saturday morning brought wind and rain. We were not surprised to find that the Nantucket Merchants Association is still defunct. They used to run the "Find Your Twin And Win" game. The Nantucket Chamber of Commerce was supposed have this game running again in 2009 but alas, the ball was dropped again. |
